Latino civil rights activists and leaders are working with local leaders to address Monday’s tragedy at East High School and try to figure out what to do next.The League of United Latin American Citizens of Iowa held a news conference at East High School Friday.Community leaders from around Des Moines have denounced the targeted attack and say it’s way past time to make changes in the city.KCCI’s Marcus McIntosh was there to hear their passionate words.Previous coverage:
