Mosby was indicted in January, and her attorney is seeking a speedy jury trial within 60 days, pointing out the proceedings come months before her re-election bid.The state is not seeking detention and the estimated time of the trial will be about four days.The judge set a Feb. 18 deadline for pretrial motions. She is also accused of signing a pledge to occupy one of the homes.
